We promote our employees and endeavour to fill our management and key positions internally through appropriate junior staff planning. The need for personnel development is determined by the line manager and the employee and is based on the strategy and the task to be fulfilled.
Responsibility
In principle, employees are responsible for their own development. Their own initiative is the driving force. Training measures are evaluated together with line managers and implemented if necessary. Bethesda Spital AG regulates the cost sharing for training and further education measures in accordance with the information in the personnel regulations and the further education agreements.
