All-round support - your personality takes centre stage
In our palliative care centre, multi-professional care plays a major and central role. Various professional groups work closely together. The common goal is to find the most suitable treatment and care for you. You have the opportunity to express your ideas and wishes at any time - we are happy to cater to your specific needs.
Motivated & multi-professional
Comprehensive care for seriously ill patients can only be guaranteed if all relevant disciplines work together. Our multi-professional team is in constant dialogue to ensure that the medical, nursing, therapeutic, psychosocial and spiritual measures are optimally implemented and constantly adapted to the circumstances.
We attach great importance to well-trained staff and support their further training. A high level of motivation and empathy are the basic prerequisites for working in the field of palliative care. Our organisation actively helps to promote this attitude.
A high level of professionalism ensures that there is enough room for humanity in our daily work. The promotion of specialist training and further education is therefore a major concern of the Bethesda Hospital Palliative Care Centre.
Therapy offers
The Bethesda Hospital Palliative Care Centre focuses on specialised therapies that are individually tailored to the needs of patients. From modern medical care to supportive therapies such as music therapy, aromatherapy or physiotherapy, a holistic approach is taken.
Psychosocial services
Psychosocial support plays a central role at the Bethesda Hospital Palliative Care Centre, as a serious illness not only affects the body, but also the soul and the social environment. Patients are supported by psychologists who help them to deal with emotional stress, alleviate anxiety and find new inner strength.
Volunteer helpers
Our volunteers are indispensable, as they are an integral part of the care network in our hospital. They donate their time to patients and relatives in a variety of ways, e.g. by talking to them or being there for them. We would like to thank our volunteers for their selfless commitment and greatly appreciate their co-operation.
