Preserve health: Our protective measures in detail

Overview of the measures in force at Bethesda Hospital

Masks compulsory at Bethesda Hospital: Protection against seasonal viruses at Bethesda Hospital (as of 6 February 2025)

Who is required to wear a mask?

  • For visitors
  • For employees in direct contact with patients
  • For everyone - including patients - with cold symptoms

Our recommendation:

  • We ask visitors to refrain from visiting the hospital if they have cold symptoms.
  • Visits with children under 6 years of age should be avoided.

Respiratory etiquette for all patients, visitors and staff with cold symptoms.

  • Wear mouth and nose protection. Cover mouth and nose completely.
  • Only cough and sneeze into a disposable handkerchief or the crook of your arm. Dispose of disposable handkerchiefs immediately.
  • Hand disinfection
  • Maintain a distance of 1 metre from other people whenever possible

Visiting arrangements

  • Visits to the family ward are only permitted by the baby's partner and siblings and are possible all day until 10.00 pm.
  • Please use the restaurant or the park as a meeting zone for visits.
  • The current visiting times are from 10.00 to 20.00 hours
