Opening hours of the kiosk:
Next to the cash desk in the underground car park (opposite the main entrance) you will find a letterbox, which is emptied daily from Monday to Friday. You can obtain stamps from reception.
Each room has a telephone with a direct dialling number. We have to charge a small surcharge on top of the actual call costs.
you will find a BKB ATM in the entrance hall. You can withdraw Swiss francs and euros from this machine.
A well-kept park with over 70,000 square metres of beautiful trees invites you to take a walk, relax and enjoy nature.
Please note that the public areas and patient rooms (including the balcony) are smoke-free zones. There is a covered area for smokers in front of the main entrance to the hospital on the left-hand side.

As a patient or woman in labour, please inform Room Service of your concerns by telephone. We will then take care of your request immediately.
Room service is available on all wards from 7.00 am to 8.00 pm. Outside of these hours, patients and women who have recently given birth can contact the nursing staff.
Outstanding bills for private expenses (telephone, TV, drinks, visitor catering, upgrades to another room category, etc.) must be settled directly with Room Service on the day of departure.
