Voluntary patient support

Volunteers accompany our patients from reception to their hospital room and help to make their arrival at Bethesda as pleasant as possible.

Being able to empathise with people, listen to them and take their fears seriously are important prerequisites for this work. No special training is required. You will be introduced to the job by our experienced patient support team.

These volunteer assignments usually last up to five hours and take place once every one to two weeks.
