If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, use the feedback form on the website to provide feedback on your stay at the hospital, apply for a job or register for our events, courses or as a visitor, we collect the information you provide to us.

This includes general personal data such as first name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number. We use the "edoobox" booking system to register for events and courses. We also use this to request further information about participants that is necessary for the organisation and implementation of the event (e.g. details of the selected course, the selected payment method and the billing address).

When providing feedback on your hospitalisation, you can provide information on the reason for your hospitalisation. Providing feedback and health data in this context is always voluntary. When you apply for jobs, we collect your CV and other information about your qualifications, which you send to us as part of your application dossier.

Use for information

You can use the website to find out about Bethesda Hospital and its range of services without telling us who you are. As with any connection to a web server, the server on which we have the website made available automatically logs and stores certain technical data and stores it for a short period of time. This includes the IP address and operating system of your device, the date and time of use and the type of browser you use to access the website.
