Self-conception of the Bethesda Diaconate Foundation
With the "Root and Wings" project, the Bethesda Diaconate Foundation developed a self-image that was approved by the Foundation Board in 2019. Employees from the hospital, the retirement centres and the foundation were involved in the project group. The self-image expresses the basic attitude with which Bethesda is committed to the healthcare and social sector. It is the guiding principle for all Bethesda operations.
