Accompaniment on the path of grief
The path through grief is often not easy. It takes time, patience and sometimes the courage to accept support. But it is important in order to come to terms with the loss and give it a place in life. The love for a deceased person remains, it transforms and finds new ways. Over time, fond memories will also return.
The Bethesda Hospital Palliative Care Centre offers various forms of grief counselling to support you during this difficult time. In personal conversations, bereavement groups or memorial services, you will find space for your grief and the opportunity to exchange ideas with other people affected, as well as other services such as pastoral and spiritual counselling, psychological support and social counselling. Discussion groups for relatives can also help you to share your thoughts and feelings and draw new strength.
