Specialised palliative care is teamwork - not only within our centre, but also beyond. Through our networking with experienced partner organisations, we ensure that everyone involved works together optimally and that you and your family and loved ones receive seamless care
We are in close contact with your family doctor in order to coordinate your care in the best possible way. For special examinations or treatments, we cooperate with other hospitals and specialist clinics so that you receive the support you need at all times.
Accompaniment across all locations
Our partners help us to provide comprehensive care regardless of where you live. Spitex services support us in providing outpatient care in your home, and retirement and nursing homes receive specialist advice on palliative care from us. If necessary, we organise the transfer to a hospice and arrange contacts with self-help groups and patient organisations - for an exchange that provides support and connects people
