Bethesda Spital AG offers one training place each year for medical practice assistants in the Clinic for Gynaecology and in the Clinic for Rheumatology & Pain Medicine.

Requirements & application process

  • Completed and passed compulsory education at secondary level I (secondary level E or P)

  • Open, sociable, reliable, responsible, team player and diligent

  • Interest in medical contexts, enjoy learning

  • Service-orientated and empathetic approach to patients and their relatives

  • you will work 4 days a week in the varied daily routine at Bethesda Hospital.
  • you will attend vocational school for 1 day a week and will also take part in inter-company courses (ÜK).

The apprenticeship lasts 3 years and leads to the Federal Certificate of Competence (EFZ). This qualification opens the door to higher vocational training. It is possible to obtain the Federal Vocational Baccalaureate integrated into the school programme.

The apprenticeship positions in the Clinic for Gynaecology and in the Clinic for Rheumatology & Pain Medicine from August 2025 have already been filled.
