We are committed to supporting people who are interested and enthusiastic about learning - this is how we invest in our future, but also in yours. We are currently training between 70 and 80 people in 15 different professions at Bethesda Hospital.
Our aim is to support employees on their way to successfully completing their training or further education in a personalised, professional and collaborative manner. We support apprentices in acquiring the necessary skills, abilities and knowledge in their chosen professional field in a professional learning environment.
The variety of medical specialities, the close cooperation with the various departments in the hospital and our affiliated doctors and cooperation partners offer exciting and varied fields of learning. You will therefore find the best conditions for an attractive training and further education programme with us.
