Thank you very much for your interest in Bethesda Hospital.

We have a total of around 25 people training to become qualified nurses in three different training programmes.

Training can be started in spring and autumn. We are happy to accept applications for the training programmes online.

  • Federal certificate of proficiency EFZ, completed specialised baccalaureate school (FMS) preferably in the field of health, baccalaureate from a grammar school or degree from the Rudolf Steiner School (IMS-F certificate) or equivalent previous education

Training takes place in blocks according to the BZG training plan: 40% practical work, 40% school and 20% Learning Training Transfer (LTT). You will complete your practical training in-house in two different specialisms. You will usually learn an additional specialism at an external institution.

The duration of training depends on the chosen course and leads to a federally recognised diploma from a university of applied sciences (HF).

  • 3 years with completed upper secondary level
  • 2 years with a qualification as a healthcare specialist EFZ
  • 4 years in a part-time version with a workload of 75%.
