Healthcare professionals (FAGE)

Thank you very much for your interest in Bethesda Hospital.

Around 18 people are training to become healthcare specialists at Bethesda Hospital. Between 6 and 7 apprentices start each year.

Info: We do not offer catch-up training.

Requirements & application process

  • completed and passed compulsory education at secondary level I (secondary level E or P)
  • open, sociable, reliable, responsible, team player and diligent
  • Willingness to work irregular hours (late shift and weekends)

Work in various departments and in different specialisms.

Vocational school takes place 2 to 3 days a week. In addition, inter-company courses (ÜK) are attended at the OdA

The apprenticeship lasts 3 years and leads to the Federal Certificate of Competence (EFZ). This qualification opens the door to higher vocational training. It is possible to obtain the Federal Vocational Baccalaureate integrated into the school programme.
