Ihre Aufgaben
Selbständige Durchführung von Allgemeinanästhesien in fachärztlicher Betreuung
Umfassende Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten mit Regionalanästhesie
Sichere Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von allen gängigen Anästhesieformen
Mitarbeit im hausinternen Schmerzdienst und Reanimationsteam
Übernahme von Nacht- und Notfalldienst des Hauses
Mitverantwortung für eine effiziente Gestaltung der Abläufe und einen bewussten Einsatz von Ressourcen
Betreuung unserer Studierenden
Sie bringen mit
Abgeschlossenes Nachdiplomstudium zur/zum Dipl. Expertin/Experte Anästhesiepflege NDS HF und idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Anästhesiepflege
Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Nachtdiensten
Eigeninitiative und Selbständigkeit
Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung
Prozessorientiertes und wirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln
Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Bildung oder die Bereitschaft, sich in diesem Bereich weiterzuentwickeln (z.B. durch den Erwerb des Zertifikats SVEB 1) aber kein Muss (!)

We would be happy to show you our recruitment process in five simple steps.
We review incoming applications on an ongoing basis, make a pre-selection and release them for the manager to view. The decision to move forward or withdraw from the recruitment process is communicated by telephone or e-mail.

The interview is conducted virtually or on site with the responsible person from HR and the specialist department. The main aim is to find out more about the personnel and professional competences and gives both sides the opportunity to assess the cultural fit with the company and the team.

Whether someone fits into the team is an important factor for employees and employers when deciding for or against employment. We therefore give everyone the opportunity to get to know each other in an informal setting.
Before the contract is issued, we hold a final meeting to clarify open questions on both sides and to settle contractual details. Once all points have been clarified, the written offer follows.

All employees in the non-medical area of Bethesda Spital AG work an average of 42 hours per week with an employment level of 100%. Medical staff work 42 or 50 hours per week.

Unpaid leave allows employees to take a long-planned trip or a private project. As an employee of Bethesda Spital AG, you are entitled to take 3 months unpaid leave in the first 5 years of employment and 6 months thereafter, subject to operational constraints.
We enable our staff to fulfil the tasks entrusted to them competently through coordinated induction and support them in their day-to-day work with individual support and by delegating tasks, competences and responsibilities. At least once a year, our managers take time for a constructive exchange about performance, behaviour and development with each individual employee.
