Our recruitment process

We would be happy to show you our recruitment process in five simple steps.

We review incoming applications on an ongoing basis, make a pre-selection and release them for the manager to view. The decision to move forward or withdraw from the recruitment process is communicated by telephone or e-mail.

Duration until feedback: One to two weeks

The interview is conducted virtually or on site with the responsible person from HR and the specialist department. The main aim is to find out more about the personnel and professional competences and gives both sides the opportunity to assess the cultural fit with the company and the team.

Duration until feedback: Up to three weeks

Whether someone fits into the team is an important factor for employees and employers when deciding for or against employment. We therefore give everyone the opportunity to get to know each other in an informal setting.

Before the contract is issued, we hold a final meeting to clarify open questions on both sides and to settle contractual details. Once all points have been clarified, the written offer follows.

Duration until feedback: Up to one week

After our verbal job offer, the most important points of the contract are verified again. Once agreement has been reached, the contract is drawn up and sent by post.

Duration until feedback: Up to three weeks
