820 years of commitment: We celebrate our loyal employees.

At Bethesda Hospital, we are more than aware of the crucial role our employees play in our success and our sense of community. That is why it is particularly important to us to regularly celebrate our successes together. We therefore regard the fact that so many employees remain loyal to us as a great success, but also as a huge compliment.

Last week we had the great pleasure of celebrating our annual employee anniversary - an event that is particularly close to our hearts and offers us a wonderful opportunity to thank our long-serving employees for their work and loyalty.

This year, we were able to honour a total of 76 long-serving employees:

28 employees for 5 years
25 employees for 10 years
11 employees for 15 years
7 employees for 20 years
5 employees for 25 years

That's an impressive 820 years at #TeamBethesda. But we say thank you for more than just the years; this number also symbolises the countless hours of commitment, passion and professionalism that each and every one of them has contributed to the well-being of our patients.

The loyalty of our employees is the foundation of our success and enables us to continuously guarantee high-quality care and support.

So to all our long-serving employees: THANK YOU for being a part of us and moving into the future with us. Your contribution makes all the difference and we look forward to many more years of working together.
