Birth checklist - so you are ready for the birth.

Was muss ich für mein Baby alles vorbereiten?
Was muss ich für mein Baby alles vorbereiten?

To ensure that nothing is left at home on the big day, we will help you decide what to pack in your birth bag for the day of the birth and how you can prepare well for the first time at home. The following list provides an initial overview. Further information will be discussed in detail and at length with your midwife in advance so that you can concentrate fully on the birth on the big day. Because good preparation for the birth helps you to relax.

«Good and timely preparation for the big day helps you to relax.»

Ideally, you should pack your birth bag three weeks before your due date.

  • comfortable clothes for the parents-to-be at the birth, ideally different pieces that can be put on and taken off using the onion principle
